Are there additional costs?
Signing up for basic VIP Club Membership is FREE.
Additional fees apply for an optional Annual Exam Upgrade, which is an option once you become a member.
Additional fees may be charged for eye examination services or special testing recommended by the doctor.
Because we offer high quality frames and lenses, your $150 Frame & Lens Benefit will not cover your purchase in full. You will likely be required to pay some amount in addition to that, plus sales tax.
Sales tax will be calculated based on the total amount of the sale less discounts.
What is included in Basic Membership?
I’m not that comfortable signing up for things on the internet, can I join in person or on the phone?
Yes. There are multiple ways to enter.
You can sign up in our office or by phone (801-676-2020.)
You can fax your Name, Address, Phone, and Email to 801-253-6591
You can also email your request to email@example.com.
Can I cancel at any time?
You may cancel your Free VIP Club Membership at any time. If you cancel, your future purchases will return to our regular retail rates.
Opting out of our membership email list also cancels your membership.
How long is my membership good for?
Your Free VIP Club Membership is good for one year. You can maintain your membership for free by staying current on your Annual Vision & Eye Health Exam (by returning within 12 to 15 months of your prior exam.)
You will receive email notifications prior to renewal, giving cancellation options if desired.
Is this a vision insurance program?
No. This is a members-only discount program. It is NOT an insurance program.
